Participate in establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team.
Analyze and define necessary system enhancements, including scripting, code interpretation, vulnerability assessment, testing, and debugging.
Serve as advisor or coach to junior analysts and act as SME to senior stakeholders with limited supervision and autonomous judgment.
Minimum Requirements
2-5 years of relevant experience in Applications Development within the Financial Services industry.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Intermediate level experience in application development role.
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working under pressure with ability to manage deadlines and adapt to changing requirements.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills demonstrated through prior roles.
Comfortable operating independently with capability to advise senior stakeholders and mentor junior analysts.
