Chapter Lead - Retail Technology CCO

Lead and grow a chapter of technology risk and controls professionals within Retail Technology CCO, focusing on continuous evolution of control environment aligned with strategic goals.

Build and implement AI-enabled risk and control automation capabilities, shifting from manual, point-in-time assessments to automated, real-time, data-driven risk insights.

Provide guidance to senior leaders on technology risk profiles and champion productised risk capabilities across major Retail and Bankwest programs ensuring controls are engineered in from the outset.

Minimum 15+ years experience in technology risk and control in banking, financial services or related sectors with knowledge of Operational and Compliance Risk frameworks including RCSA and cyber security risk management.
