Work Model: Hybrid onsite at designated Regal Rexnord location with remote flexibility.
Practical experience and interest in GenAI technologies including LLMs, embeddings, RAG frameworks, and AI APIs integration.
Familiar with backend Python frameworks like FastAPI, and modern web development practices including CI/CD, containerization, and cloud deployment basics.
Ability to work in an agile, specification-driven environment collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on end-to-end GenAI software solutions.
