About This Role
- Lead and execute verification and test automation strategy for cloud-based and web applications within Digital solutions team in Acute care diagnostics.
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale automated testing frameworks (C#, .NET) including UI, API, integration, regression, performance, and cloud validation automation.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing verification and validation engineering team to uphold software quality across product lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of software verification and automation experience.
- 3+ years of people leadership experience.
- Strong technical skills with C#, .NET, Playwright/Selenium, API automation, BDD frameworks, and cloud-native application verification (preferably Azure).
- Work onsite in Bengaluru location.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader able to define verification strategies and lead quality initiatives in complex cloud and web environments.
- Strong proficiency in CI/CD, Git, continuous testing, automated deployment validation, and adherence to regulatory quality standards.
- Background in regulated industries like Healthcare/Medical Devices or experience with IoT/connected-device ecosystems is advantageous but not mandatory.
