Proven senior-level expertise in ServiceNow architecture and consulting, with demonstrated ability to design multi-module enterprise solutions and drive platform governance.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with global enterprise stakeholders, managing multiple projects and providing technical mentorship.
Strong skills in translating complex business needs into scalable, secure platform designs and guiding cross-functional teams on integration, automation, and platform best practices.
