Strong expertise in scaled Agile delivery frameworks and tools like Azure DevOps, with additional knowledge of hybrid and waterfall methodologies.
Demonstrated strategic thinking in aligning project management practices with enterprise goals and ability to drive continuous improvement in project delivery maturity.
