About This Role
- Lead and independently execute end-to-end penetration tests across diverse attack surfaces including Web, APIs, OT, Mobile, covering modern and legacy systems.
- Use risk-based approach to identify high impact security issues and deliver high-quality reports with reproducible evidence and actionable remediation guidance.
- Coordinate security assessments with external service providers and contribute to developing testing methodology, playbooks, and tooling.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in penetration testing.
- Ability to independently plan, scope, execute penetration tests and produce detailed reports.
- Technical expertise in penetration testing of Web Applications, APIs (e.g. REST, gRPC, GraphQL, WebSocket), Industrial software.
- Location preferred Bangalore with hybrid (40% onsite), alternatives Hyderabad, Mumbai or fully remote.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Technically well-rounded penetration tester with breadth and depth to uncover complex vulnerabilities across varied technology stacks.
- Experience collaborating directly with product teams during test and retest phases, demonstrating clear communication of technical and business risks.
- Possesses frontier knowledge of state-of-the-art penetration testing techniques and relevant certifications (e.g. CEH, OSCP, GWAPT).
