Technical proficiency with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft 365 Administration, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Purview, Azure PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph API.
Experienced in managing complex, global-scale Microsoft 365 collaboration environments and governance initiatives.
Strong ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders including security, risk, infrastructure, and external vendors to drive compliance and operational improvements.
Proven track record in solution architecture paired with automation expertise to optimize platform efficiency and reduce risks.
