Strong proficiency in ServiceNow IRM platform testing and knowledge of testing tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, ServiceNow Testing module, or Bugzilla.
Work Experience Required: 4 to 6 years; Educational qualification: Bachelor of Technology or Master of Business Administration.
Experienced with agile testing methodologies and integrating testing tools like Jira and Azure DevOps.
Proficient in ServiceNow IRM and knowledgeable about testing automation tools such as Selenium, Java, Playwright, and ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
Demonstrated ability to lead test planning and execution in large, complex environments such as global financial institutions.
