About This Role
- Supervise day-to-day procurement and sourcing operations within a defined service delivery environment, managing team workload, priorities, and quality of service.
- Resolve operational issues, support sourcing processes, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide direct team leadership including coaching, onboarding, training, performance management, and enforcing compliance with corporate policies.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed and verified prior to start.
- 10–12 years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, shared services, or service delivery operations.
- At least 3–4 years of prior team leadership or supervisory experience.
- Work Location: Bangalore (Hebbal) with Hybrid Mode.

- Experienced leader with strong coaching and team development skills in procurement or shared services operations.
- Strong operationally driven mindset focused on quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and business systems, with preference for ERP/SAP and procurement tools.
