Own development and management of Excel-based financial models supporting global transformation and restructuring programmes.
Deliver timely, accurate financial reporting and cost tracking for transformation initiatives, including forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario modelling.
Collaborate with HR data teams and finance partners to ensure data alignment and strong financial governance throughout transformation projects.
Minimum Requirements
Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent relevant experience.
4-7+ years in Financial Controlling, FP&A, Project Controlling, or related finance roles.
Hands-on experience with actuals reporting, cost tracking, variance analysis, budget management, and forecasting support in project/change environments.
Solid knowledge of R2R processes and finance systems such as SAP FI and BI/reporting tools; advanced Excel and financial model building skills.
