About This Role
- Define and implement performance benchmarking strategies for FlashArray products across multiple platforms to maintain competitive advantage.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers to deliver high-quality performance testing and validation results.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Solutions Engineering to validate key customer use cases and optimize system performance by analyzing bottlenecks in Linux storage and networking stacks.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience in system-level performance testing for enterprise-grade solutions including servers, storage SAN protocols (iSCSI, NFS, SMB), and databases.
- Expert-level proficiency with Linux systems including network configuration, storage stack, and performance tuning utilities.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor software and performance engineers with technical ownership.
- Work Location: In-office position based in Bangalore, India.
