Minimum Requirements
Proven experience in system-level performance testing for enterprise solutions including servers, storage (SAN protocols like iSCSI, NFS, SMB), and databases.
Expert-level proficiency with Linux systems including network configuration, storage stack, system settings, and command-line utilities for performance tuning.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor software and performance engineers with architectural direction.
Work location requirement: Must work from Bangalore office; remote only for approved leave or travel.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong ownership in developing and executing performance benchmarking strategies in enterprise storage products.
Experienced in deep Linux system performance analysis and optimization within storage and networking stacks.
Proven leadership in a technical, mentoring, and delivery role within performance engineering teams.
