About This Role
- Prepare consolidated monthly and quarterly financial reports, analyze variances, and support financial forecasting and budgeting for APAC businesses.
- Partner with regional and global COE teams to drive improvements in reporting, business processes, and support commercial activities such as pricing and market share analysis.
- Lead process improvement initiatives, support audits, manage new product introduction tracking, and monitor key financial levers such as working capital, cash flow, SG&A spend, and accounts receivable metrics.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in analytical and financial planning roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint); experience with SAP S4/HANA, BPC/AFO, and Power BI/Tableau preferred.
- Proficient in English; ability to work in a matrix organization and handle large datasets.

- Experienced in financial planning and analysis within a regional/matrix environment, capable of interfacing across multiple teams and levels.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability insights to drive business decisions.
- Experienced in leveraging ERP and BI tools (SAP S4/HANA, BPC/AFO, Power BI/Tableau) for financial reporting and business process improvements.
