Excellent written and spoken English required; experience working with U.S.-based executives/customers highly desirable.
Experienced in a combination of Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, strategy, operations, or startup roles with direct exposure to executive-level coordination and execution.
Proficient at managing complex, concurrent priorities with strong business judgment, anticipating leadership needs and driving follow-through across disciplines.
Comfortable with AI-driven tools and technology for research, analysis, communication, and workflow automation in a fast-paced, U.S.-focused healthcare tech environment.
