About This Role
- Design, build, and operate internal data platform infrastructure, workflows (Temporal, Airflow), and developer tools used across the company.
- Maintain and own cost governance, monitoring, and reliability for key data services including Snowflake, dbt Cloud, Airflow, and Kafka.
- Develop, deploy, and support production data systems and automation for ML model deployment, ensuring platform stability and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python or Go programming languages.
- Experience with backend systems, platform applications, or distributed data-heavy applications in production.
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, ETL, data warehousing, and governance principles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex data infrastructure and workflow orchestration platforms like Temporal or Airflow.
- Comfortable with end-to-end ownership of production data platform code, including incident response and cost optimization.
- Skilled in building internal developer-facing platforms and automation supporting analytics engineering and ML model lifecycle.
