About This Role
- Define and own long-term technical architecture to ensure system scalability and resilience with 10x platform growth.
- Design and build core infrastructure and microservices supporting machine learning, frontend, and platform teams.
- Drive business-critical engineering outcomes aligned with business goals, including customer acquisition and infrastructure cost efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of software engineering experience with progression to Principal or Sr. Staff Engineer at high-growth tech or AI lab.
- Strong hands-on coding skills and system-level architecture expertise; experience with Kubernetes, Python, Golang, Postgres preferred.
- Proven experience with distributed systems focusing on performance, scalability, latency, and monitoring.
- Experience integrating or evaluating AI tools in workflows and engineering decision-making.
