Minimum 7+ years of Compliance experience (or equivalent via training, education, military, etc.).
At least 3+ years of management or leadership experience.
Experience managing Trade Surveillance and/or Communications Surveillance programs, preferably within a global financial institution.
Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks including SEC, FCA, FINRA, MiFID, MAR is preferred but not mandatory.
Experienced compliance leader with background in overseeing multiple surveillance disciplines simultaneously in a global financial services environment.
Proven ability to lead complex surveillance risk frameworks, operational execution, and regulatory examination readiness across jurisdictions.
Demonstrated track record in strategic transformation initiatives involving technology, automation, and global operating model development.
