Minimum Requirements
5-10 years of software development experience using Java language.
Minimum 2 years of mainframe development experience with hands-on COBOL-to-Java transformation or modernization.
Technical knowledge of COBOL, JCL, CICS, VSAM, DB2, IMS, z/OS environment and Java 8/11/17+, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in analyzing large-scale legacy systems and translating business logic into modern Java architectures.
Comfortable working in cross-functional teams involving architects, business analysts, and testing specialists.
Familiar with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD pipelines) for integration and deployment.
