Global Head of Financing and Portfolio Solutions (FPS) Operations, Senior Managing Director

Lead a global team of ~250 across multiple international locations to deliver and oversee operational support for trading and financing businesses, ensuring governance and risk management.

Drive transformation and modernization by partnering with technology, business, and risk teams to implement scalable, automated, future-state processes.

Own operational support post trade activities including confirmations, settlement, clearing, data management, vendor management, and lead execution of corporate and regulatory initiatives including Regulatory Reporting, Data Governance, and Model Risk.

20+ years of experience in capital markets with deep expertise in financing and portfolio solutions operations including securities lending, prime services, secured financing/repo, collateral management, and liquidity solutions.

Proven experience leading large global teams and delivering large-scale transformation/change initiatives in complex organizations.

Role can be based in Boston, London, Mumbai, Bangalore, or Hyderabad with expectation to work primarily onsite; travel up to 10% may be required.

Work Experience Required: 20+ years in capital markets operations, risk, finance or related functions.

Senior leader experienced in strategic transformation and modernization in capital markets operations with strong commercial judgment and problem-solving skills.

Experienced in managing risk-excellent, compliant, and scalable operational infrastructures across complex global environments.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders including business, technology, risk, compliance, and corporate partners to align operational and regulatory objectives.
