About This Role
- Design and develop scalable, production-grade Java microservices and full stack applications using Spring Boot, with a focus on complex enterprise workflows and integrations.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, monitor and optimize process execution using Camunda and related tools, and resolve workflow incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, architects, QA, and DevOps to deliver end-to-end solutions and provide technical mentorship and guidance.
Minimum Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience including Java, Spring Boot, and microservices development.
- Experience with distributed systems, message brokers (Kafka, Azure EventsHub), and REST APIs.
- Experience working in Agile environments delivering complex enterprise automation solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in integrating microservices with Camunda workflow engine and cloud services (Azure/GCP).
- Familiar with event-driven architectures, asynchronous processing, and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes or OpenShift.
- Has worked in enterprise-scale health or similar regulated domains delivering mission-critical automation solutions.
