Knowledge of Agile methodologies, test driven development (unit testing, mocking, BDD), CI/CD practices, and OOA/OOD with J2EE design patterns.
Experience in banking or investment banking domain preferred for better domain alignment.
Ability to plan, prioritize work, and allocate tasks effectively with possible prior experience leading or guiding technical teams.
Hands-on with Agile principles and continuous delivery practices, comfortable solving technical and functional challenges integrating cloud and big data technologies.
