About This Role
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for functional, integration, and regression testing related to Change Requests ensuring business and technical requirements are met.
- Validate defect fixes through retesting and collaborate with Development, Business Analysis, and UAT teams to support test execution and defect triage.
- Provide operational support by partnering with clients and stakeholders for issue investigation, troubleshooting production concerns, and contributing to test planning and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- 7 to 12 years of experience in QA testing (manual and automation).
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as TestRail, Jira, Zephyr or similar.
- Strong understanding of business requirements, application functionality, and end-to-end business processes relevant to core banking/digital banking platforms.
- Work Experience Required: 7 to 12 years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in banking or financial services domain especially core banking or digital banking platforms.
- Proficient in both manual and automated testing with exposure to automation frameworks and ability to identify automation opportunities.
- Capable of working independently, managing priorities, and collaborating effectively across globally distributed cross-functional teams.
