About This Role
- Facilitate and coach one to two Scrum teams and Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to adopt Agile practices and improve Agile maturity, team dynamics, and delivery of prioritized business value.
- Remove impediments and manage dependencies to ensure teams meet iteration/sprint and Program Increment (PI) objectives in alignment with product roadmaps.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, technical leads, and other stakeholders to align product development with business needs and Agile principles.
Minimum Requirements
- 12–15+ years industry experience with 5–6 years specifically as a Scrum Master in product teams.
- Experience working with SAFe, Agile Release Trains, value streams, and Agile portfolio management.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, business management, information technology, or related fields.
- SAFe Scrum Master 6.0 certification is required; familiarity with Agile tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence is necessary.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced Agile facilitator with strong skills in coaching, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management within large enterprise software delivery contexts.
- Comfortable implementing and driving Agile metrics, lean portfolio management, and continuous improvement in alignment with business goals.
- Familiar with emerging AI capabilities in Agile practices and proficient in using technology tools to enhance team productivity and decision-making.
