Experienced Agile facilitator with strong skills in coaching, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management within large enterprise software delivery contexts.
Comfortable implementing and driving Agile metrics, lean portfolio management, and continuous improvement in alignment with business goals.
Familiar with emerging AI capabilities in Agile practices and proficient in using technology tools to enhance team productivity and decision-making.
