About This Role
- Lead global client service teams on capital markets, SEC/SEBI reporting, GAAP conversions, transaction accounting, and accounting changes.
- Manage and develop a team of Associates and Seniors, providing training on accounting and reporting concepts.
- Deliver high-quality technical accounting advisory services including policy manual creation and technical memorandums.
Minimum Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA (US), or ACCA (UK) qualification.
- 3–5 years post-qualification experience including at least 2 years in advisory, preferably at Big 4 firms.
- Expert knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP and Ind-AS.
- Extensive experience in technical accounting advisory, financial statement preparation, consolidation, GAAP conversions, and drafting accounting policies.

- Experienced in leading global client teams on complex accounting engagements involving capital markets and transactions.
- Experienced in people and performance management within accounting advisory teams.
- Strong technical expertise in financial reporting standards and ability to train and mentor junior staff.
