About This Role
- Manage the complete inbound expatriate lifecycle for APAC region including assignment initiation, remuneration, compliance, payroll coordination, and repatriation.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders such as Base Location HR, payroll teams, immigration and tax vendors, and local authorities to ensure expatriate support.
- Handle end-to-end expatriate services including visa and work permit processing, relocation, insurance, salary reviews, expense management, and documentation compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in end-to-end inbound expatriate lifecycle management.
- Experience in coordinating with payroll, immigration, tax vendors, and handling expatriate compliance and documentation.
- Work Experience Required: 10 Years in End-to-end Inbound Expatriate Lifecycle Management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex expatriate assignments in APAC region with strong stakeholder coordination skills.
- Comfortable working through detailed compensation, compliance, and immigration procedures involving multiple cross-border entities.
- Proficient in assignment consulting, social security analysis, visa and work permit processing, and global payroll inputs.
