About This Role
- Lead requirements workshops and document current and future state process flows for Pega BPM initiatives.
- Design and govern Pega case types, stages, processes, and SLAs aligned with business objectives and platform best practices.
- Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure end-to-end traceability from requirements through testing and deployment.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 5 years enterprise IT/business analysis experience with minimum 4 years on Pega implementations.
- Strong expertise in Pega BPM, Case Management, and process modelling using BPMN.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments, preferably SAFe, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Location requirement: Pune office attendance 2 days per week (hybrid model).

- Experienced Pega Business Architect / Analyst capable of bridging business stakeholders and technical teams for workflow automation projects.
- Skilled in fit-gap analysis, decisioning capabilities, and translating complex business processes into scalable Pega designs.
- Comfortable operating within multi-market, global stakeholder environments and collaborating across business, architecture, engineering, and testing teams.
