- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Payroll, and Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher.
- Background in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, or Management Information Systems preferred.
- Proven ability to lead HR transformation projects and manage teams in a matrixed environment with strategic planning focus.
