About This Role
- Manage daily order processing across website, marketplaces, and retail store ensuring accuracy of SKUs, pricing, and customer data.
- Coordinate with warehouse and vendors for picking, packing, dispatch, and monitor complete order lifecycle from confirmation to delivery.
- Ensure smooth operations in inventory and logistics to maintain timely deliveries and prevent order errors.
Minimum Requirements
- 0-2 years work experience in operations or related field.
- Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and ERP systems for inventory and order management.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and logistics processes.
- Location requirement: Chennai, India.

- Detail-oriented with ability to coordinate multiple teams (warehouse, vendors, support) effectively.
