Lead technical and functional delivery of ENOVIA 3DX implementation including solution architecture, data model, and integration blueprint ownership.
Manage timelines, quality, risk, client engagement, and lead a team of Associate and Senior Associate developers within the ENOVIA workstream.
Serve as primary technical contact for clients, mentor developers, and align architectural decisions with project/program leadership across product development and manufacturing domains.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 9 years of relevant experience; 12+ years specifically in ENOVIA/3DX functional and technical delivery required.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Applications, or related field mandatory; Master’s degree also acceptable.
Strong hands-on expertise in ENOVIA 3DX including MQL, TCL, JPOs (Core Java/J2EE), UI3, DMC, Exalead/CloudView administration, and multi-CAD PLM environment integrations (CATIA, NX, AutoCAD).
Proven experience in managing large-scale PLM implementations/migrations, including architecture ownership, cloud environments (Azure/AWS), and team leadership with direct or indirect people-management responsibility.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in heavy-duty manufacturing or industrial sector PLM, ideally automotive, with deep architectural knowledge of ENOVIA including CAD integrations and multi-cloud environments.
Strong technical leader able to manage complex client relationships, supervise cross-functional teams, and align technical strategy with business priorities.
Capable of full delivery ownership for ENOVIA implementations, combining deep technical skills with program management and stakeholder communication at senior levels.
