Lead and conduct instructor-led technical workshops for internal hires and partner consultants to enhance skills on the o9 Platform and associated products.
Assist in developing and updating training frameworks and course materials in collaboration with Senior Architects, Learning Architects, and Instructional Designers.
Manage workshop logistics and infrastructure, capture learner feedback, and communicate candidate learning progress to reporting managers on a regular basis.
Minimum Requirements
Technical knowledge in one or more of the following: JAVA, R, Python, C#, C++, SQL, ML techniques, Cloud, Big Data.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Operations, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in technical training, academic teaching, or software development/implementation.
Basic understanding of Business Planning domain; proficiency in spreadsheets, document processing, and presentations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in technical training or software implementation with ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and adapt to learner needs.
Has exposure to business planning domains and enterprise software environments enhancing strategic training relevance.
Demonstrates structured, organized working style with strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
