About This Role
- Develop and maintain React and Python-based frontends integrating AI-generated content with a focus on performance and modular design.
- Own end-to-end problem implementation primarily through AI coding agents, including translating user intent into specs and supervising multiple AI agent workflows.
- Responsible for architecture decisions, security, code correctness, and maintainability, working with tools like FastAPI, Databricks, and multiple graph databases.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of software development experience.
- Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Python; experience with API development (FastAPI, REST APIs).
- Hands-on experience with AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot agents).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building data-heavy, performance-optimized UI components with understanding of complex professional UI/UX workflows.
- Skilled in AI-assisted coding workflows with capacity for architectural and security decision-making.
- Familiar with cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure), CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and working in Agile/Scrum environments.
