Design, develop, and maintain large-scale Spark and Scala-based data processing and analytics applications.
Build, optimize, and support scalable data ingestion, transformation, and integration pipelines across distributed platforms.
Develop and maintain microservices and RESTful APIs using Java 17 and Spring Boot, including production support and operational issue resolution.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Apache Spark and Scala in Big Data and Data Engineering.
Strong experience with Java 17, Spring Boot, RESTful API development, microservices architecture.
Experience with Python, Kafka, Hive, HDFS, and scheduling/workflow tools like Airflow or Oozie.
Work Experience Required: 5+ years
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to independently design software components and deliver high-quality, reusable code meeting functional and non-functional requirements.
Experience working in Agile environments with strong knowledge of SDLC, code reviews, unit testing, and software craftsmanship.
Ability to provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support, automate operational tasks, and mentor team members.
