About This Role
- Handle technical design and estimation tasks including HVAC equipment take-off, DDC controller sizing, valve selection, and preparation of BOQ and costing.
- Prepare proposals by studying specifications, identifying technical inclusions/exclusions, and drafting technical submittals such as system architecture and control schematics.
- Manage stakeholder coordination including vendor management, apply Honeywell product knowledge to develop customer solutions, and contribute to cost optimization and process standardization.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation & Control, Electronics & Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- 3-5 years of work experience in relevant field with exposure to Building Management System (BMS).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word) and pre-sales process knowledge.
- Working hours flexibility to meet deadlines and ability to coordinate with stakeholders across multiple geographic regions and time zones.

- Skilled in managing multiple stakeholders including internal customers and vendors across regions with effective communication and presentation abilities.
