About This Role
- Own implementation of retail planning applications focusing on Merchandise Financial Planning, Assortment Planning, Allocations, Replenishment, and Retail Forecasting.
- Accountable for end-to-end implementation lifecycle including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live phases.
- Analyze large data sets combined with domain expertise to prioritize opportunities and manage customer expectations under pressure.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience implementing retail industry planning applications.
- Hands-on experience in one or more retail planning processes: Merchandise Financial Planning, Assortment Planning, Allocations, Replenishment, Retail Forecasting.
- Experience across full implementation lifecycle: blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years in relevant retail planning implementations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrates strong product and retail domain proficiency with ability to lead by example in implementations.
- Capable of simplifying complex retail planning challenges and articulating viewpoints clearly to clients under pressure.
- Experience or knowledge in SQL/MDX/T-SQL databases and use of Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
