About This Role
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert for AI and/or Cultural Transformation driving strategy through execution.
- Lead large-scale transformation initiatives partnering with senior client leadership to define roadmaps, success metrics, and change management plans.
- Design and implement interventions to embed new ways of working and ensure sustained impact by tracking outcomes and refining approaches.
Minimum Requirements
- 15–20 years of professional experience with strong consulting or transformation track record.
- Delivered at least one AI Transformation or Cultural Transformation engagement within the past 12 months.
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional change.
- Based in or willing to work from Hyderabad or Bangalore location.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced consultant with proven ability to lead end-to-end AI and/or Cultural Transformation initiatives.
- Comfortable operating at senior stakeholder levels and managing complex organizational change.
- Possesses expertise in both AI and cultural/organizational transformation and relevant certifications in change management, agile, or AI/data strategy preferred.
