About This Role
- Manage end-to-end client communication, escalations, requirement gathering, and documentation of BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
- Own client deliverables, timelines, and coordination with cross-functional teams including Development, QA, UI/UX, Design, and Project Management.
- Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies while managing multiple clients and priorities independently.
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Client Handling, Post-Sales, or Project Coordination roles.
- Experience with requirement management, client escalations, and documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories).
- Good understanding of SDLC.
- Notice period: 15 days to immediate joiner; Location: Jaipur.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in Healthcare IT or Healthcare Software domain is preferred.
- Capability to handle client escalations and challenging client situations professionally with minimal supervision.
- Ability to coordinate effectively across technical and client teams managing multiple priorities.
