About This Role
- Own end-to-end HR operations for Ornate Solar’s on-site workforce in Delhi, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Manage HR policies ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws and support workforce planning and organizational development for a growing renewable energy business.
- Handle employee relations and workplace issues, coordinate training initiatives, supervise payroll and benefits in collaboration with finance, and maintain accurate HR records and reports.
Minimum Requirements
- Location: Full-time, on-site in Delhi, India.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; postgraduate qualification or HR certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
- 2–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a managerial role and ideally in fast-growing or technology/renewable energy sectors.
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws, HR compliance, HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement), and proficiency in MS Office (Excel).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced HR manager skilled in handling full employee lifecycle and HR operations in a growing organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage compliance with labor laws and HR policy implementation within India.
- Comfortable working on-site in Delhi with capability to coordinate across teams and manage confidential information effectively.
