Experience or interest in shipping or maritime operations, preferably with shipping background.
Ability to manage operational data accurately and escalate issues timely, indicating a detail-oriented and process-driven approach.
Comfortable collaborating and communicating effectively within teams and across functions to meet customer expectations.
