About This Role
- Manage and update operational tasks and customer requirements using the Optic system, ensuring accurate appointments and documentation handling.
- Scrutinize and dispatch Proforma DA/Close Estimates from local performing offices as per agreed rates to Principals.
- Utilize Inchcape systems fully, ensuring timely and accurate input of operational and commercial information according to Standard Operating Procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum Education: Graduation.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 1 year experience in relevant industry or Fresher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Location: Mumbai - Airoli (Onsite).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience or interest in shipping or maritime operations, preferably with shipping background.
- Ability to manage operational data accurately and escalate issues timely, indicating a detail-oriented and process-driven approach.
- Comfortable collaborating and communicating effectively within teams and across functions to meet customer expectations.
