3-5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management operations.
Experience with IAM platforms like Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, SailPoint, or One Identity.
Familiarity with SSO protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) and experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
Experienced with operational support of IAM within enterprise-scale environments, particularly handling lifecycle management and access governance.
Comfortable troubleshooting and collaborating across security, infrastructure, and application teams to resolve access and authentication issues.
Familiarity with privileged access management (PAM) and regulatory/audit processes seen in healthcare or regulated industries is preferred.
