About This Role
- Manage daily operations of Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms including provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning of user access across enterprise applications.
- Support access governance activities such as periodic access reviews, audits, and compliance with least privilege principles.
- Provide Level 2 operational support including troubleshooting IAM issues (login failures, SSO, MFA challenges), monitoring alerts, and assisting with privileged access management tasks.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management operations.
- Experience with IAM platforms like Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, SailPoint, or One Identity.
- Familiarity with SSO protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) and experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with operational support of IAM within enterprise-scale environments, particularly handling lifecycle management and access governance.
- Comfortable troubleshooting and collaborating across security, infrastructure, and application teams to resolve access and authentication issues.
- Familiarity with privileged access management (PAM) and regulatory/audit processes seen in healthcare or regulated industries is preferred.
