About This Role
- Own requirement analysis, software design, and development of control functions for Power Electronics including Onboard Charger (OBC) and DCDC.
- Develop control algorithms using Model Based Development tools like MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow primarily for automotive ECUs.
- Implement and debug software adhering to automotive standards and protocols, including CAN, CAN FD, Flexray, Ethernet, and diagnostic protocols like UDS.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-12 years experience in development with focus on Model Based Development of Control Algorithms using MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow.
- Degree in Electronics, Communication, Electrical, Power Electronics and Drives (B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech).
- Strong knowledge of control algorithms for OBC, DCDC, and automotive power electronics systems.
- Familiarity with automotive communication protocols (CAN, CAN FD, Flexray, Ethernet) and diagnostic tools (CANalyzer, CANoe, Wireshark).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with automotive software development processes, including adherence to modeling guidelines (MXAM) and coding standards such as MISRA C/C++.
- Comfortable working in SAFe agile environments and using system debugging tools like Lauterbach (TRACE32), iSYSTEM.
- Skilled in automotive ECU system validation and debugging, with experience using tools like PTC-Integrity/Codebeamer/Doors, Jira, and advantage if familiar with testing tools TPT and GTEST.
