About This Role
- Own building and operating reliable Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Kubernetes platforms including production deployments and troubleshooting.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation using Terraform, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, and related DevOps tools.
- Implement observability, security, high availability, disaster recovery, and cost optimization practices while collaborating with development, platform, cloud, security, and product teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–4 years hands-on experience in DevOps production environments.
- Strong experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Kubernetes including deployments, networking, storage, and security controls.
- Proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure as code and automation scripting using Python or Bash.
- Location requirement: Must be based onsite in Indore.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in troubleshooting production incidents and driving root cause analysis to permanent resolution under operational responsibilities.
- Familiar with modern DevOps practices including GitOps and CI/CD automation, observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK), and DevSecOps principles.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams including development, platform engineering, security, and product with a focus on reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
