About This Role
- Drive use of advanced analytics to develop business solutions improving understanding of customers, processes, channels, and products.
- Lead and coach team members to plan and deliver strategic projects and scrum outcomes.
- Plan and deliver data and analytics resources and solutions that add commercial and customer value; communicate analytics opportunities effectively to stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of work experience in data and analytics or related roles.
- Strong SQL coding skills, ideally with Snowflake or AWS environments.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as QuickSuite, Tableau, or PowerBI.
- Good knowledge of data management principles and financial services domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working closely with business stakeholders to solve complex, ambiguous problems using advanced analytics.
- Ability to lead and coach team members in strategic project delivery in agile/scrum environments.
- Familiarity with data engineering, data science, decisioning disciplines, and tools such as Gitlab/Github; Python and orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow) are bonus but not mandatory.
