About This Role
- Engineer and maintain high performance, secure, and robust Workday SaaS solutions within a feature team, covering the full software lifecycle from design to deployment and operations.
- Produce complex, high-quality software rapidly that adds measurable value to the business.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and business analysts to optimize software engineering capabilities on the platform.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience delivering Workday Security solutions, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation.
- Practical experience with Workday configurable security, including User-Based and Role-Based Security Groups, ISU, and ISSG.
- Experience supporting audit requirements with tools like Kainos Audit, ensuring compliance with security and audit standards.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in Workday Security solutions delivery.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced software engineer with strong background in Workday SaaS solution delivery and security governance.
- Proficient in multiple programming languages or low code toolsets, with knowledge of DevOps, Agile methodologies, and programming best practices emphasizing scalability and performance.
- Able to solve highly complex analytical and numerical problems and work collaboratively across diverse stakeholder levels and technical teams.
