About This Role
- Build and support AI/HPC infrastructure for customers, focusing on large-scale networking, system design, and automation.
- Manage operational reliability of large AI clusters including performance monitoring, logging, alerting, and troubleshooting from hardware up to application level.
- Develop automation tools and standardized methodologies for infrastructure management and support customer engagements including POCs/POVs.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 5+ years of experience in networking fundamentals, TCP/IP stack, and data centre compute architecture.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related engineering field.
- Advanced knowledge of HPC, AI & EVPN, BGP, OSPF, VXLAN protocols and deep understanding of DC architecture (compute, storage, InfiniBand, Ethernet, NVLink).
- Experience with Linux system administration (CentOS, RHEL, Ubuntu), Python and bash scripting, and automation/configuration management tools like Jenkins, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with large-scale AI/HPC system networking and infrastructure automation with strong technical troubleshooting skills across stack layers.
- Customer-facing with excellent communication skills in English, capable of engaging with customers and partners across India region.
- Knowledge of CPU/GPU architecture, Kubernetes, container microservices, RDMA fabrics, and certifications like CCNP/CCIE or NVIDIA relevant certifications is a plus.
