About This Role
- Design, develop, and support employer benefits software solutions using modern technologies and test-driven development practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and product managers to understand customer challenges and drive data-informed decisions for solution design.
- Strengthen engineering processes, support live applications with proactive monitoring and incident response, and mentor peers for continuous team learning.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field OR equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of software engineering experience.
- Proficient in C#, Python (if applicable), ASP.NET RESTful API design, modern RDBMS (MS SQL, Postgres, MySQL), and modern web UI frameworks (Angular, React).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building and consuming REST APIs in a microservice architecture environment.
- Comfortable working with data-driven decision-making and applying test-driven development (TDD/BDD) methodologies.
- Willingness and ability to quickly learn and adopt emerging technologies such as Kubernetes, Terraform, Azure, and event-driven design.
