About This Role
- Develop and enhance backend services, APIs, and microservices using Python and FastAPI for AI-powered cloud-native applications.
- Support implementation of AI workflows including RAG, semantic search, and vector search capabilities for the Discover platform.
- Contribute to feature development, testing, deployment, and production support while collaborating with cross-functional teams and participating in CI/CD activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 1 to 2 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong foundation in Python programming, REST APIs, and software engineering concepts.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, Git source control, and Agile development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Early-career engineer with foundational Python backend development experience coupled with exposure to emerging AI technologies.
- Able to work closely with senior engineers, architects, data scientists, and product managers in an enterprise-scale AI engineering environment.
- Willingness and aptitude to learn modern AI engineering frameworks, cloud-native development, and microservice architectures.
