About This Role
- Lead and develop engineering teams focused on modernizing critical practice management systems, improving architecture, and ensuring quality at scale.
- Drive incremental cloud migration and engineering modernization with minimal business disruption, establishing high engineering standards including security, testing, and operational readiness.
- Implement AI-enabled automation and AI-assisted engineering practices to enhance operational workflows and accelerate delivery within governance frameworks.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years software engineering experience in enterprise environments; 5+ years leading engineering teams including managers and senior individual contributors.
- Strong Oracle PL/SQL expertise with production experience in packages, procedures, functions, triggers, bulk operations, and complex business logic.
- Demonstrated success leading modernization efforts in mission-critical, regulated/financial services applications while maintaining production stability.
- Strong SQL tuning skills, relational data modeling discipline, and cloud-native engineering experience, preferably on AWS.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven leader capable of hands-on technical involvement in complex enterprise architectures and operational incident management.
- Experienced in delivering pragmatic modernization programs focused on reliability, observability, and incremental cloud migration without disruption.
- Familiar with AI/ML integration for business and engineering workflows, compliance in regulated environments, and collaborative cross-functional stakeholder management.
