About This Role
- Lead design, development, and execution of test automation frameworks and strategies for AI/ML and Generative AI applications.
- Monitor and ensure product and process quality throughout the SDLC, including risk assessment and compliance adherence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify defects, recommend improvements, and enforce AI quality, governance, and ethical standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or Software/Data Quality Assurance.
- Strong proficiency in Python scripting and test automation framework development, especially using Selenium.
- Proficient in SQL for complex backend data validation and testing.
- Experience testing AI/Machine Learning systems, with knowledge of Generative AI and related evaluation frameworks; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building scalable automation solutions specifically for AI/ML models and large language models.
- Capable of independently evaluating AI model metrics such as fairness, accuracy, and robustness, and implementing observability tools.
- Able to influence quality standards and lead risk mitigation efforts related to AI ethics and output safety in a complex technology organization.
