About This Role
- Design and implement advanced generative and agentic AI solutions including context engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and multi-agent orchestration for business challenges.
- Architect robust, scalable AI agent systems with governance, feedback loops, memory management, and tool integrations adhering to compliance and ethical guidelines.
- Lead end-to-end integration and deployment of AI solutions in production environments ensuring observability, reliability, and team mentorship.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years total experience with 5-7 years in AI/software development, including significant generative and agentic AI experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
- Proven hands-on expertise with generative AI models, prompt engineering, RAG systems, knowledge graphs, and agentic AI frameworks (Google ADK or comparable).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or equivalent), containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD for AI applications.
